Principal’s Update & Important Dates
It’s hard to to imagine that we only have about four weeks of school left this year!
We’ve had an exciting week in LaunchED with the arrival of our baby chickens (if you haven’t watched the live feed, you can see the info below). At its highest, we had almost 1800 viewers from around our school and beyond watching these baby chickens hatch. Our kinder and first grade students have been especially excited as they have been learning about the life cycle of a chicken.
We hope you all enjoy the three day weekend!
~Julie Read, Principal, LaunchED Virtual Academy

Congratulations to all of our students who participated in this year’s art show, and to Ms. Freeman and Ms. Neylon for their wonderful support in our art and STEAM classes!

We want to remind you all that Chicken Channel is live! We had six wonderful baby chickens born this week, and the chicken channel will be back online Monday where you can see all the antics of our baby chickens. https://live.myvrspot.com/st?cid=NDlhYj

Being able to see and hear is vital to a child’s ability to thrive, both academically and socially.
Attached is a google survey which is being sent to all LaunchEd parents with the option to sign up for a time slot for the screening on May 3rd.
