LaunchED Picture of the Week
In LaunchED, our students are bursting with creativity and enthusiasm for their STEAM/Art classes. From 6th to 12th grade, our electives offer a rich exploration of diverse artistic mediums. This week, our Picture of the Week spotlights a stunning Digital Oil Painting crafted by a talented senior in her Computer Graphics class . It’s a testament to the incredible creativity thriving in LaunchED, and we’re thrilled to celebrate it. Stay tuned for other fun announcements from students in our art and STEAM programming as they share their work at the district levels and beyond!
Save the Date! LaunchED Virtual Academy STEAM Night is January 24, 2024! Get ready to join your student and our LaunchED community for a fun evening of STEAM activities, celebrations of projects and student work, and STEAM career explorations.

Time: 4:00-6:00pm –drop in for however long or little you want to stay!
New Club/Team Opportunity!
Do you love learning about different online tools and resources? Do you like helping people problem solve their tech issues? Do you want to help teach students that are new to LaunchED how to use tools like Schoology or Notability? Then, the Tech Team is for you! Please fill out this interest form below! This team is open to students in 4th-12th grades. This team is an online-only team (we will not meet in person).

Please make sure that your iPad is updated to the latest iOS. We recommend checking weekly to see if there is a new update for your iPad’s operating system. So many apps and websites for LaunchED rely on these updates.
STEAM CLUBS RETURN TO LAUNCHED!
We have three STEAM-focused clubs available at LaunchED:
STEAM Stars: Students in Grades K-2, meets one time a month, and 3rd-5th meets two times a month.
STEAM Club: Students in Grades 6-12 meet two times a month.
Students can join in person at our LaunchED campus or online!
